I've seen the normal progression from soft-core photo-sessions up to hardcore, anal, etc, but for a full-fledged "porn star" to do "extreme" scenes seems a tad unorthodox. I couldn't see Jenna Jameson (who is quoted as saying she would do anal at home but never on camera) or Kianna Dior getting a ball-gag stuffed in her mouth, handcuffs slapped on her, her ass reamed, and her face slapped. It has always seemed like starlets either leave the biz, go extreme, or reach pornstar status by a certain point. The pornstar crossing to extreme seems unusual to me, but I am still a relative noob from this standpoint (though I am an 'old hand' as an end-user, pardon the pun)

Has any other pornstar of Gina Lynn's caliber done the shift to real extreme?
