Disclaimer Page Wording Help?

I have decided that I had better start using a disclaimer page on my sites. To point minors away from the sites.

Does anyone know where I can find the wording for one online?

Take your time with it and in your head, be super honest with yourself. If you're doing it to protect yourself, don't finish it by saying to yourself "Bah, this is good enough". Make SURE you plug up as many holes as possible. Think of as many eventualities as you can and remember that just because a large site uses a long disclaimer, doesn't mean it's a good one. Read it carefully.

Actually that's a good idea of what NOT to do. You have absolutely no way of knowing which country/state/province that a sites disclaimer is meant to apply to. A disclaimer that is acceptable in canada for instance may be absolutely useless to an american site. Check out the resource sites before you just grab one off any old site.
