Okay, here's the deal. Those guys were known as The Kipper Kids. They were performance artists who did comic art pieces and were featured in the movie "Forbidden Zone".

And here's the kicker... one of them is married to Bette Midler.

You know, I have way too much useless information in this brain of mine. LOL!
