Do we really not know what constitutes illegal spam,
and necessarily, by contrast, what is not illegal spam?
How could you imagine a program owner
(that being a sponsor who has affiliates)
NOT know well what constitues illegal spam,
and also by contrast, what does NOT constitute illegal spam?
Could you imagine that's likely? or even possible?
Wouldn't a sponsor who has many affiliates
promoting their sites, of course have need to
be fully aware of all the aspects defining what
is illegal spam and what also is not illegal spam
by contrast, in order to be able to function?
Wouldn't that make only basic sense that this issue would
potentially crop up again and again, and never be something
that they would not have a need to know, and a very good
grasp of, at that, in order to operate?
Now, on the other hand, can you actually imagine
that a sponsor who runs a big operation having
many affiliates.. etc.. does not have much,
if any, knowledge at all as to what constitutes
illegal spam, and also by contrast, what does not?
it's the things that make you go: "hmm....."
Given the fact that I see many webmasters posting
messages in adult Yahoo groups, adult MSN groups,
and adult google groups, etc. promoting sites with their
affiliate ref code in the link, etc... I know this is done by
many, for a long time, and is no hidden or unknown matter.
