other guys say these types of tgp's (multi-category) are just a waste of time and doesn't convert sponsors. just brings in more freeloaders and bigger bandwidth bills.

what do you guys think?

fish, you never know until you give it a shot.
I would think that if you properly qualified your niche traffic you'd do well with the sponsors you use.
