not necessarily. There are many who are injured or in some way cant use some bodypart 100%, and they still go to the gym to strenghten that part, or to atleast train the rest of the body...

If Id hurt my legs or anything, I´d love to take that ride up instead of going up the stairs..

but I do get the point.
