Foreign traffic?

Just wondering how many webmasters sort it off to a dialer.

We send it to our dialer.. best thing for it most of the time.. people from some countries will just never signup with cc's so no point trying to make them.. of course there's lots of foreign traffic that will signup so don't send everything to a dialer!
