Platinum Bucks - Obtained Legal Council - Slander and Defamation
Platinum Bucks has retained Legal council regarding the slander and defamation attacks from Hooper and Wiseman. (Conversion Cash/Quick Bucks)
Well known industry attorneys will be reviewing every post and all communications on this topic.
Platinum Bucks has stated all facts regarding the situation at hand and also has offered conclusive proof, that has been ignored by Hooper.
Legal council has adviced at this time Platinum Bucks make one final statement to await further notice from council on the merits of our slander and defamation case.

Dave, will it not cost more for a lawyer then the $385 that buddy claims you owe him? From reading all of the threads, I see that the people that count or matter, side with Platinum Bucks, I don't think that this will harm you in any way...Save your money and your worry and let it blow over.

ok.... now that everybody has had their laughs .... Defamation is a very seroius matter .... and has probably cost PlatinumBucks far more in lost potential revenue than the $385 that has been mentioned here ... This whole thing was never about the money ... it is about publicly assaulting somebody's business ethics and character.
I agree ... if it were over only $385.00 then it would hardly be worth it ... but you guys have to realize that it goes much further and cuts much deeper than that ...
I too have been defamed recently on a certain messageboard that will remain nameless, and when such allegations are made on a board that virtually everybody in the industry at least lurks on ... then yes it is a very serious matter. I think Dave and Dan are handling this in the correct manner.
An example has to be made .... that people cannot say whatever the hell they want on a public forum and not be accountable for it ...
To parallel this incident ... it is like saying if a drunk driver maims or kills an innocent child, he/she cannot be held responsible for their actions, because they were drunk at the time that it happened.
THAT AS WE KNOW, IS BULLSHIT !!! 
Dave and Dan ... you have my support.
Maybe once a few of these loose-lipped nice people** get sued (not naming any names at all), it will make everybody realize that yes you still do have to watch what you say on a pulbic forum.

I've placed their links and their online store in my new browser application.
As for the other guy and his program.. well, I've never heard of it.. so all this really just made sure I never sign up with it.
