Hungryman this isn't over regarding your debt to Ricki Lee

Sorry to bring this to the boards but what else can one do? It's been well over 18 months now..... Teen Angel (AKA: Ricki Lee) has been fucked over royall by two people. They know who they are, and if they think anyone has forgotten their little bullshit treatment of her they are sadly mistaken.

Buck Naked a.k.a. Pensfan

I recommend that no designers do design work for these two monkeys until it is posted here that they have paid Ricki Lee what they owe her. I further recommend that no one use either of their services until this outstanding delinquency is resolved.

Hungryman once complained that if he isn't getting any work then how can he pay his debts?.... well, I backed off then to allow him to earn that money.... he never paid her.

Pensfan/Buck Naked told me man-to-man that he WOULD pay her. He spoke of making smaller payments to her until the debt was covered, and TA confimed to me that that would be fine. She has to date received not one single payment.


Time to suffer.

If any of you care about the level of professionalism and trust in this industry, you won't forget what has been done to Teen Angel here. This isn't right, not by a long shot. I still can't beleive that two otherwise likeable guys have saw fit to treat a very talented designer so shabbily. Frankly, I'm disgusted.

OKAY ... Yes it is true that I have an outstanding balance with Ricki Lee, That I have not forgotten or ignored.

What waws made no mention here, is that I DID arrange for her to have $300 in content, that was to be removed from the balance owing.

I just moved to Montreal from Toronto, because I could no longer afford my rent in Mississauga.

Ever sice all the board slamming that went on last year on GFY, my business has not even kept me going financially, but I have been trying my damnedest to turn that around ... FUKK, if you want to know the honest truth, I have not had ANY work at all in the past 15 days now ... and all the work I am getting lately is little gallery jobs for like $100.

This does not excuse me from my debts, no kidding, but you cannot pay what you don't have either ...

I have several times wanted to just leave adult, because I am stre3ssed by the lack of income I have recently had, but MANY close friends have told me that I should stick it out and hope for brighter skies tomorrow. I really enjoy what I do with graphics and stuff, and have stuck it out.

As far as your suggestion that NOBODY do business with me, ... What a great idea !!! At the same time, let's all stop doing business with EVERY company worldwide that has a debt !!

You know people just assume, Hey, it's hungryman, he is known all over the boards, he has lots of money ....... well guess what ?? Being known all over the boards only shows your networking skillz, not your bank account

I am trying to rebuild myself, and my moving to Montreal where I could have much lower rent than Mississauga was part of the plan ... I am starting to aggressively market my services, and am also working solo right now, to further lower my overhead ...

Funny thing is, while I did not forget this debt, I have talked to Ricki a couple times, and she always told me that she never authorized you to go after me CD ... but your ICQ proves elsewise now ... oh well

I will say that were I did fukk up possibly, is not sending small payments to Ricki ... but there again, it is hard to send other people money when you yourself have none, and landlords banging down your door and because her paypal account was frozen, I have only option of Western union ... to sent $50, they take almost HALF that in fees

I know I have fukked up, and I do not deny it ... how many other un-named companies in this biz fuck people over left right and center everyday, and don't show any remorse for it ... and yet we still do business with them ... You have been around as long as I have CD, you know this as much as I do ...

I don't think trying to get the entire adult world to boycott me is the solution to this dilema ... Unless you are all gonna stop doing business with WAL-MART, McDonalds ... I think there are far more companies that carry a debt, then ones that do run in the black. It is just that to crucify one of these larger companies is not as easy as us guppies I guess.

I do know that owing people money is a serious issue, but I still wonder why when I have spoken to Ricki, she sugar coats it, and smoothes it over, saying she knows I am not going to screw her, and that she did not tell you to go after me ... It seems to me that this issue is much more YOUR issue than anybody else's ....

One last thing I would like to know ... the topic of your thread is "Hungryman, this is not about yur debt to Ricki Lee" ... well then what IS it about CD ???

Her intentions may have sounded ambiguous to you Paul, but I can assure you that she has ICQ'd me several..... repeat several times over the past 6 months, to tell me about this situation. Why? Simple really... because I have known her for a long time stemming back to a few years ago on the porncity bbs. She told me the situation, and I offered to help. That is when I approached you back in November of last year. Then I waited for over 2 months, whereupon she again got back to me, so I brought it up publicly on her behalf..... with her full knowledge and support. She doesn't have the sort of board persona that you or I have, and has never been comfortable raising a fuss ever. She needed help, and I offered. Period.

It isnt' personal Paul. Once you make this go away by doing right by her, I am done with it and will never bring it up again.


But I know you have had work. I know many people in the biz too, people who have told me openly that they have hired you for certain things. You have made money, yet Ricki Lee hasn't heard from you regarding this issue. The least you could do is stay in contact with her and reesure her that you are on it. Staying out of touch is the WORST thing you can do in this type of situation.

There is only so much you can say in a title. I think my first post here was clear enough about where Pensfan/buck naked stands though. He is definitely on a shit list and will be dealt with.


The only thing I want from this is an ICQ from Ricki Lee saying she has been paid or that she has received a partial payment with more to come. That is it.

If you paid me even $15 per week till now.. your debt would have been paid. As for haviing someone DONATE to me content. What the hell am I going to do with content? I did not except that offer. I don't use content. I ama designer in which case you would know that content is no good to me! It is a sorry way to have SOMEONE ELSE pay your debt.

How many times have I said to go and get a regular job like everyone else here would/has had to do during "bad times". Your reply to me is simply I can't. WHY THE HECK NOT! I know you have at least 4 other debts than mine... people in debt normally get a second job even a third if they have to.. It is called being a grown up and taken responsibility for your own actions and life!



ANYWAY.. I would really like to thank CD Smith From the bottom of my heart for all his help and kindness! I think we could all do with having a friend like CD...

Just an update....

It has taken up most of my day, 3 extra-strength Tylenols and 5 cups of coffee, but things are slowly being worked out. I spoke with Pensfan/Bucknaked, and he is now working on paying TA some money, possibly even the entire amout he owes. We will see what comes of that.


I spoke with Hungryman regarding his issue on the phone for an hour earlier this evening. We had a very productive discussion, and we have layed out a plan for getting this resolved. It will take time, but I am not giving up on anyone.

I will keep everyone posted, time will tell.
