Sleepless in Montreal
 Insomnia will drive someone INSANE! I go through it every 4-5 months and it's maddening! Hopefully after a long jog my body will let go and sleep for a few hours. |

I used to have insomnia, now, I think I have narcolepsy! I wonder which is better!!!

Try soaking in a warm bath or go get a massage... Something to try and relax you to ease your mind. Really good sex might work too.
