There's also stuff from "sales" and "sales department" that have recent news headlines as subject headers which I have no idea what they're about.
OH and I almost forgot - viruses and whatnot from myself and co-workers...

I only get the stock spam... the rest seems to filter through my junk filter with thunderbird. Once you train that filter it works pretty good.
