Let me see.... my first cars were Renult 18i and then two older Camaros. When I got out of hte Marines..... I purchased a used Mazda RX7 and then a Mazda MX3 (first new car).
But my first "cool car" was my brand new 1995 Mustang GT....
Since then I've driven nothing but Mustangs including my current car....

My ex and I had an Alfa Romeo Spider 1988.
He kept it when he left. He's the one who actually paid for it... So...
My new roommate has a cool Trans Am, an old one, in awesome condition. I hope he will let me drive it sometimes!
Sophie.

Oddly enough that is by far my favorite car, period .. 86 or 87 .. LOL
I think it has to do with the shape .. I got close to buying one a few times but always opted for the more Practical car .. oh well c'est la vie

k here we go my first "cool car" that is to say the first car I had a hella fun with ...
Suzuki Samurai
go ahead laugh .. I've had several YJs and Wranglers since, but this Truck was the shitzz. The engine was built like a tank .. On more then one occasion I went off roading with no oil ! bone dry .. both times the engines siezed. All I did to get it going again, was add soem synthetic Oil and off she went ... One time We were re doin my brakes .. and my mecanic freaked when we pulled off the back drums .. they were the size and thinckness of a 1 ton .. seriously this was an amazing truck .. My Brother in law who lives in the middle east has two of them to this day (he's an off road maniac)
then there was the my hot sport cars .. fun .. yes .. for long ...no .. Lost my license every time I had a sports car!
My dad used to call me Vinny camaro ...
My very last sports car, got smashed up a few months ago
I think i'm going back to a truck

My first car was totally cool. Had everything I was looking for in a car: popup headlights, sunroof, phallic shaped shifter, felt like you were driving a spaceship / cockpit feel, looked good with stickers on the back...
1991 eagle talon like this only with dark tint

No, I don't ride anymore. But that was an amazing bike. It needed special tools....whitworth....to do anything at all. Like tighten bolts after every ride to keep the oil in. LOL.

It was an 86...I got it for $3,500 and sunk another 3K into it to get it safe and such. I never painted it or did the interior as it became my daily driver.
The shape is so sexy and it handles beyond belief!
Why buy a new car for 40K when 10-15K can set you up with a dream machine you are willing to get a little scuffed?
I will get another one, by next summer if all goes well.

Never had a cool car and I'm on my 4th one right now. My next purchase should be a cool one.
The one that was the most fun to drive though was my 1988 Honda Civic coupe.
It was pretty low and drove just like a go cart.

I've had two...
My very first car was a 1974 Mach I Mustang that looked exactly like this one:
It had a 351 Cleveland, and it rocked.
The car I really miss having, that I never should have traded was a 1980 280ZX. It had the touring package and everything. It was awesome.
