Missed you guys over the weekend...this is my favorite board to post on. (I'm tired of some of boards where half the members are just waiting to tear someone apart or cause fights). So, what did everyone do this weekend?

I went to the beach and got fried to a crisp.

I wish! I'm soooooooooo jealous! It snowed all weekend here and it's cold! Chris & I finally finished our little guys room and relaxed! We're getting as much sleep as we can now...lol

It has been cold... snowing and blowing these past few days!

Well, don't be too jealous of the beach weather...

1) I was surrounded by very robust (300+lbs) wearing itty-bitty thongs and saw more pairs of "man boobs" than I care to think about.

2) The winters in South Florida are great, but the summers are down-right BRUTAL. (Burning your ass on car seats, having to drive with wads of kleenex in your hands until the steering wheel cools down, cracked dashboards on new cars from the intense heat) and electric bills from running the A/C that make you want to cry.

Oh my... even burning my ass on a hot car seat right about now would be better than the snow, and "mixed bag" crap we have here. I'm getting tired of scraping ice off my windshield.

But the funny thing is, cum August, I'll probably be complaining cuz it's 90 degrees and humid as hell.

As for the weekend... I worked online. I worked offline. Did the family bonding thing. Board whored. Went shopping. All in all, it was a good weekend.

How about this then.
Having to put your hands under you because your car seat is too damn cold, shivering while waiting for your engine to warm up. Then getting out to scrape 2 inches of ice off your windows so you can see. Electric bills that sky rocket because of the HEATING in your house. Being stuck in the house cause it's too damn cold to even think of strolling downtown and doing some shopping.
