That's a load of crap. As far as I know they don't do any screening of anyone coming from the US. Only international flights and stuff like that. It's just another one of those stupid rumours that get started.
And it's probably worth repeating that not only has nobody died from SARS in Quebec, there hasn't been even one case of the disease here.
