Quitting
That's right! I'm a quitter.
So far I'm off all soda pop. I was a heavy Coca Cola drinker. I had a sip yesterday and thought it tasted like crap. I'm also off the fast food which I'm sure will make a big difference too.
Next is smoking which will be a tough one for me.

Quitting Junk food is tough, it is so simple to arrange and devour.
SK and I have a rule book of foods we are allowed to eat. All are relatively healthy, but we have found outselves cheating.
I dont drink Soda, prefer water but have a weakness for fast food. I want to be a quitter!

good stuff man. I used to drink too much soft drinks when I was young and I've been cutting it out for a few years now. If I have a bottle in the place, I will drink it, but if I have the choice, I rather take juice or water. I've been hooked on Crystal Light drinks. They have no sugar and are actually really good.

Good for you and best of luck in staying off the stuff. I go on and off but my soda intake is rare. You may as well eat tons of candy for all the sugar and crap you get in one can of soda.

I've cut way back on junk food and lost almost 60lbs in the last 18months.. but no matter how hard I try I can't kick the soda habit.
At least I never started smoking. I've had 5 cigarettes in my life and none in at least 3 years.
They need to make a patch for soda lol

I stopped growing hair as well. I found it relatively easy to quit smoking, and cutting out fast food, but working crazy schedules, it's really hard to cut out junk food and soda.
Healthy food just isn't cheap or convenient. When most places are closed or if you are buying in bulk, you get tons of junk.

most people will tell you that weed is a gateway drug and it may very well be but caffiene, alcchol and tobacco are far worse and more addictive I think then most anything.

And most people don't know that refined white sugar is highly addictive. And that is in so many products that you don't even realize. Read the ingredience for anything pre-packaged that you buy and 9 times out of 10 you'll find sugar. Like Katchup. Who would think there would be sugar in Katchup??? Or Salad dressing. Sheesh. |
