I'm big on texture - I don't like eating bananas for that reason (banana flavor is fine, I just don't like mushy bananas), cooked carrots are borderline. I won't eat liver, brussle sprouts (awful memories), I can't stand the smell or taste of raw red onions! I dislike cucumbers and olives too.
