HAHAH. Man Xamo makes some poor decissions over there.
First Derek and now posting unlicensed pics. They are a
content provider and should be well aware of the rules.
I would be skepitcal if they even own the rights to the content they are selling.

It is neither my style nor my desire to take part in any online pissing matches with anyone.
As I feel it is better to air dirty laundry in private I spoke with Porndaddy on the phone. I expressed my concerns about the last line of his post. Any content provider would take GREAT exception to having any implications with illegal content. Xamo is no exception.
Porndaddy was under the impression that these Playboy images were MY images. They were NOT. Because he felt that the Playboy images were my images, that ALL of Xamo's images should come into question.
I made it quite clear to Porndaddy that this was simply a LINK to someone else's page that I stumbled upon. Perhaps, knowing that these images were not legal, it was not in my best interest as a Xamo employee to have linked to them. For that I will apologize.
On that note, I can assure anyone and everyone that all of our images have all of the proper documentation. The very first question we ask when approached to buy or broker a photographers work, is what documentation will be supplied. If they cannot provide ALL of the documentation that we request (which is beyond industry standards), we politely decline to do business with them.
Porndaddy's past with Xamo or it's past employees is well documented and to the best of my knowledge, the air between Porndaddy and Xamo has been cleared. In private.
