There is no travel advisory ... Jesus H. Christ !!!

Just because we don't have any troops in Iraq, our media needs something else to sensationalize ...

All 13 diagnosed cases, including the 5 fatalities, have been linked to one another ...

The hospital lockdowns are necessary due to the schedule shifting of our health care professionals in Ontario (Thanks Mike Harris !!) It is very common for one health care worker to put in hours at more than one facility on a regular basis.

Unless you have close personal contact with one of the infected parties (close being within 4 feet, they said on TV this morning ..), and that said party sneezes large droplets of moisture on you, you have a far better chance of being hit by lightning (and yes ... we are approaching open season on lightning stikes ...)

This SARS outbreak is nowhere near as epidemic as our wonderful news media would have you believe ... I don't know if anybody saw cp24 today around 1:30 pm, but some Ministry of Health d00d basically chewed the media a new asshole for causing so much frenzy ... The Ministry of Health's resources are being drained thanks to the media hype ... so many people are freaked out that they are calling MofH to get the skinny on it ...

I'll volunteer to have some randomly selected Asian person sneeze on me ... I have better chances of winning the 6/49 Jackpot ... and after 14 years of playing, still work for a living
