Dear Webmasters:

We regret to inform you that VS Media was notified late last week by
its licensor that the Pam and Tommy video feed licensing rights
regrettably will not be renewed to us and this is totally out of our
control. Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of our Marketing Agreement, VS Media
has no choice but to discontinue the Pam and Tommy video feed
effective at midnight, August 31, 2003. At that time VS Media must
suspend both access to the video stream from our servers and all VS
Media promotion and marketing of the Pam and Tommy streaming product.

PLEASE NOTE that this means that your right to display the Pam
Anderson and Tommy Lee video, including any parts of the video, and
your right to use ANY promotional materials pertaining to the video,
will also cease at midnight on August 31, 2003. (See Paragraph 3.6 of
our Marketing Agreement.)
IMPORTANT: it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that ALL
advertisements and promotion of the Pam and Tommy product, including
all banners, pop-ups, search engine advertisements, etc., have been
removed from all your web sites, all your marketing materials and all
other places under your control by midnight August 31, 2003. Any
publication, display or other use of any Pam and Tommy materials after
midnight August 31, 2003 will be in violation of our Marketing
Agreement and could expose you to serious liability.

We apologize for the short notice of this announcement and we fully
understand this change will cause you unplanned work on your websites.
We thank you for your work on this matter and we hope you have a great
holiday weekend.
