ShopNav instead of 404?

OK does anyone know how I can get rid of ShopNav? When I get page not found, instead I get the ShopNav page which I do not want. I've been to the "add/remove programs" in my control panel and I don't see anything in there that resembles ShopNav. Anyone know how to get rid of it so I can get a normal error page not found?
