You must learn the Zen of the Jujubee!
One does not bite, chew or otherwise incise a jujubee. One gently caresses it with their teeth the way they might a pen cap or other inedible object. Then, when it has been sufficiently softened one may ingest it.
You may not eat the jujubee until it is ready to be eaten. That's why Jujubee eaters are so damn good at foreplay.
