You might want to consider working with more than one person. Find a webmaster and find a photographer to work with. Each person has their own specialties. Just because you find a good photographer, doesn't mean they are a good webmaster and vice versa. Webmaster and Photographer are two very different skills.

Attend some of the shows and webmaster gatherings. Mingle with other webmasters. Put the word out of what you are looking for.

Try placing ads on places such as Craigs List, that was suggested.

Participate in forums. Adult forums, model forums, photography forums, and the likes.
