Hmm, well several are just covers for promoting affiliate programs, so the more sites you have for them to review, the more odds they have on making sales and getting a check. Therefore some sites will only review sites from programs with say 10 sites or more. Others are simply not well updated, work out deals with programs for special rates in order to review their sites, or have other non disclosed review processes (if new reviews are added at all).
