I agree that rudeness abounds lately. I've gone overboard a few times. Not to long ago I had just walked into the grocery store and was getting ready to grab a cart when this woman swoops in and grabs the cart out of my hands and starts walking off with it. I snapped walked over to her and took the cart back from her. She started yelling at me for being rude. I just looked at her and asked if she was aware that she pulled it out of my hands. She just rolled her eyes at me and made some under her breath comment I couldn't quite catch, stomped over grabbed another cart. I'm sure I could have handled the situation a bit better but I was just so tired of rude people thinking they own the world.
