If it's anything like the Gulf War, signups will probably suck the big one for sure. People will be spending all their time switching between the newschannels instead of surfing for porn.
If it does get bad enough for a draft it'll already be way too late for Dubya to save his ass and there will probably be a lot of dead Arabs and Americans etc. Even with very basic basic training it still takes 6 weeks to get a soldier out of bootcamp. And in this day and age that's probably not long enough to train him to handle any of the high tech shit. So by then it would be too damn late.
