We live right across the street from the city park, and there is a massive festival in town over Labor Day. Entertainment all weekend starting tomorrow night (some of it pretty good, others ... well, ain't killed nobody yet
), all kinds of good food, a carnival down the street, craft crap and antique booths as far as the eye can see ... a good time indeed.
The only regret I have is that my girlfriend STILL won't let me crank up some Black Sabbath on the stero when the Southern Baptists have a church servie sunday morning.
