If you want PPL to take you seriously, you need to sell yourself! Your use of the word "basic" is the first thing I see when reading this, and even if I had work to give you (but I don't ATM), I would not be overly impressed with the impression you make.
I would rewrite your post to show a little more enthusiasm that you are
ready and willing to do the best damn job for whoever is going to give you work. Blow your own horn, because nobody else is gonna do it for you.
There are
thousands of "looking-for-work" webmasters. You're going to have to make a good impression on potential employers if you want a chance at finding work.
