Taking a look at archive,org 2001 it pointed to members.yahoo and it looks like it
was powered by FindWhat & SearcHippo
Some sort of html spam list of keywords, I can see why they dropped it.
links will be gone tomorrow (yahoo might have gone already) as I just logged into cpanel to see some stats on the few hours it has been hosted and noticed Google's bot hitting the domain a few times a hour.
the name is html-portal . com (lol i even gave her her very own ip)
on the root of that domain I dumped the bot stats.
How I found it was "HTML snow script" 5th link down.
