My main issue and concern, similar to Twinkley, with this mailing was that I didn't ask to receive it, I didn't sign up for it, and therefore there was no implied consent on my part to receive it. There is no privacy policy or information at PJ that says they do this when I registered -- and YES I do read and look for such messages.

I asked on the Porno Junkies board back in October of 2002 about how to get off the list and received no response from anybody at PornoJunkies. Being ignored on any board is bound to raise someone's ire.

In the PJ thread PlatinumAlbert, you said you were going to get me off the list and that you wanted to talk to me. That was like 2 going on 3 days ago and 2 emails from me later I've still heard nothing from you or any other representative from Platinum Bucks.

There's my issue, and I think it is a valid one. Just don't add me to lists without getting my permission.

If PJ had said that it was a requirement of their board that you be on these whored out email lists, then I would not be complaining about this.

Ok, now I'll take some cheese to go with my whine

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with PlatinumAlbert and he has addressed my concerns with PJ email policies. I'm sure almost nobody really cares, but if I'm going to say a guy hasn't contacted me then the least I can do is update in the same place when he has contacted me.

As the thread above explains, TDavid and I have discussed the issues at hand. There were miscommunications and all things have been resolved by both parties.

Okay, I have yet to post my thoughts on this subject, and I have just seen these threads too much that I will finally post. What the hell is everyone bitching about? Come on guys, it's fucking CJ...they are known for this shit. And you know what...it's clever. As a marketing and advertising person, I find it to be very creative. Shit, I have an "Islam is the Bomb" shirt. It's just a different kind of humor...we work in the porn business for holy jeez!

my only complaint was that in the pic the helmet was kinda blurred, so it took me a second to figure it out... and then I laughed.

There ARE limits people. Making fun of death is not on the list in my book.

.. and ANYONE watching the LIVE shots of that helmet will remember the very first shot was a closeup of the FRONT of the helmet by the camera man...

The close up was lit up (normal lighting for the camera settings) and showed the burned human hair stuck to the back of the interior of the helmet.

Every shot AFTER that was adjusted and darkened so you didnt see the burned human hair.

This ad is disgusting and if this is the type of people that run that company, I'll not do business with them.
