I don't know for sure but there is the quote you found but the main thing that got right from the get go is that nobody in the audience is even cracking a smile.
Laughter is so infectious I can't imagine not even one person cracking a smile or trying hard to hold back their own laughter.
Unless the whole audience has gone through the same thing too but who knows

I agree with FB. It doesn't matter anyway. One of the best funniest videos. I watch it a couple of times and a couple more I still laugh my guts out. Maybe the guy's loaded with weed.
