Does this make me a geek?

Friday night, I told my buddy I wanted to go out, but I also didn't want to spend too much money at the bar. So he tells me to meet him at his office, which is downtown. I get there, they setup a network to play games, so I sat down. We played Rainbow Six: raven Shield till midnight and then we headed out to the bar.

It met the criteria, we kept the bar tab very low, and had a great time. But it's not a "Crazy friday night" either! hehehe

Screw that, I'm so way past the club stage in my life. I've done my time in the clubs, now, give me a pub.

Nothing wrong with that!! All I used to do is go to clubs. Now I would much rather go to a pub or smaller bar. It just means you have grown up.

Not geeky at all... Pubs are awesome places to hang with friends on the weekend.
The only time I go clubbing anymore is in Las Vegas... LOL

Sounds like fun! I can't remember the last time I went to a club! I prefer to go out to a pub, shoot some pool and chat with my friends!

It's the video gaming part that I was asking about! hehe, as for pubs, shit yeah I much rather be in a place where I can talk to someone. At least if I'm talking to a girl, I can hear her name. In a club, it's a different life there.

Ahhhh.. could go for a nice pint or five right about now too.

Yep, you're a geek. But I would have done the exact same thing in that situation, including the games. Network games are much more fun than going out.
