Paysite designer/webmaster wanted

I need a designer / webmaster for a new adult paysite in the ladyboy niche. Ideally this will be a partnership with me supplying the original content but will consider fee for service but don't have a huge budget.

your not going to find too many designers working for free with the idea that when the sites makes money they will. It's like me going to a porsche dealership saying, "I want to be the first porsche taxi driver but have no money for it, I will give you 50% of all my earnings for letting me use it.. wait.. why are you kicking me out the front door??"
