How often do you get sick?

I don't get sick too much. Probably because I eat well (mostly) and keep in decent shape. I get a cold about once a year and that is pretty much all.

I used to have a friend who seemed to always be ill with something. And when she got a cold, it lasted for a couple weeks. I don't know if she was a hypocondriac or what. I don't think so. She was always sick though.

I've been pretty lucky so far this year...I'm hoping it'll stay this way. Being sick is such a waste of time!

I've been fighting the sickness for what seems like months! I've been squeaking by with popping Airborne at the first sign of something brewing... my allergies also kick my ass this time of year, so that can usually trigger a nice sinus infection....

I'm also presently trying to quit smoking, so my body is just kicking back all kinds of fun stuff!

I generally get one really bad cold per year and the past couple of years I have gotten the stomach flu once a year too. It's why I missed Internext last January.

I must admit.. asthma sucks
