Chest Annoyance

it's from a while that i keep having this sort of annoyance/sensation of weight on my chest, do you have any suggestions for having it away? can be stress, anxiety or whatever, the crazy thing is that i came back sunday from vacation so i shouldn't really be stressed at all... go figure... suggestions appreciated

seriously - when it comes to your health and chest pains - why come to a board and ask - if it is a mild heart attack or something you need to ask a professional what's going on. My mom died of a heart attack a few years back, i told my dad immediate to call an ambulance. sadly - it was too late
