Another option is signing up for RevShareHosting (
http://www.revsharehosting.com/9751) but then you will only be able to promote the sponsors allowed by them, and you will also get lower payouts, but wont have to worry about bandwidth or anything like that as you will pay your hosting with the commission made with your sales (that is why you get a lower payout)
If you don’t have any money at all sign up for some free hosting (I really DON’T recommend you to do that, but if there is no other option go for it)

Start looking for trades...wanna know where to find them? Click on my site...and you will get to my trades...on those sites you will also be able to click on their thumbs...and this way you will go around wit lots of trades...
Try trading only with toon/hentai/anime sites this way you will get a much better CTR...and also much more money
After you have done all this you will have to find out some good ways to get traffic for your site...

Both pages look just the same...but one has pop ups from FPC (which is a very good source of income, if you have enough hits to it)
When I submit my site to Link Dumps and to BBS I always use the dirty version
On the dirty version you will not send traffic to the PPC…only to the trades…so you will have to make it a bit different from the index (the content will be the same, but the links will be different)
You can make as many dirty versions as you want to (and try to use lots of keywords…perhaps someday you will get some SE traffic on your CJ!).
