Britney Spears VMA performance...Your thoughts?

Train wreck is the first thing that comes to mind when I look at this With all that money you would think she could get decent hair extensions...For those of you who didn't watch it live she tripped off the stage on her way out. Poor...poor Britney! My heart goes out to her! I hope she can get her shit together and salvage what's left of her career.

Well here are my thoughts. I think she's still pretty, but could stand to lose a few pounds. She should start eating right and taking care of herself.

Her hair looked bad for one thing, and she wasn't really dancing out there. She appeared to have not practiced at all for this thing. Maybe once but certainly not enough. How long had it been since she had been on stage? I'm surprised she had problems remembering the lines to her own music.

Britney needs a friend to take care of her and set her straight. A friend that is looking out for Britney's interests and not their own.

Here's a question, why is it so fun to pick on these *stars*?

We deify Lady Di, the World's Most Famous Dead Adulteress, but picking on a kid is lame.

Fuck her money and Kevin F's legacy...she is still a kid.

We may have another Ronald Raygun in office.

There may be a hurricane coming to a theatre near you.

In the USA, you can try and trick a grey haired politician into doing gay porn, ruin his career and make it so for 8 billion news cycles.

But: if you make it before you are 21, call yourself Carrie, they will cover you in blood and laugh in your face when you break...

Yeah, usually, her choreographies are super tight and I have always believed that she dances better than she sings...

She is lipsynching... That's really sad. This is, imo, one of her, if not THE best song ever for BS. She actually sings in this song. She usually doesn"t...

Her look, well, personally, I like her like that. Yes, she could lose a few pounds, but she is hot nonetheless and she shows to little girls that you can still be hot without being a toothpic.

She put herself in that spotlight and so is subject to the public views of her.

As a performer expecting our money and attention we have every right to pick apart her horrible performance at the VMAs. And with the stories surrounding what went on (lack of preparation and rehersal) even more so.

If she doesn't want to be mocked, she should get the fuck off the stage, take care of her two kids and enjoy the millions of dollars she has already made.

I think she is still hot, but very stupid. Picking on these people is what we do. She should stay off the stage until she can gather her brains and show up to a rehearsal or 2 w/o booze. Its clear she needs help, but she's the only one that can decide to get it. Not even a best friend *if she had one* could help her if she doesn't want it.

It was clearly obvious that by the time she accepted the gig, there was too little time for Slutney to get into any type of stage fit. She hasn't been on a stage in years, and this was yet another huge mistake in her now extinct career. Not to mention, she slutted it up 100x from her previous performances.

This will go really bad for her. This performance was her make/break one, and she blow it big time.

Her long time fans, like the gay dude crying on Youtube will be her only 53 fans left. Her album is starting to look like a failure. She's really going to need another high profile performance and up the fitness and get rid of the stage rust if she intends to have any type of song performer career left.
