Embed a video on an html page?

I need a bit of help here.

I am embedding a video onto an html page and have run into a couple of snags. Here's what I have so far: http://www.blimpboobs.com/gals2/67/index.htm

In IE it appears to be working ok, the autostart is "false" so it shows the bg image and waits for the user to press play.
In FF it auto-plays despite the autoplay setting of false.

My main concern here however, is that the video auto-loads in the background no matter what.
I would like it if it didn't do that to save on bandwidth, and rather that it streamed.

Anyone got any hints here?

I tried it. When I implemented it I get the ActiveX warning, but on your page it doesn't come.

So what's the differnece between your page and mine now?
