Swimming VS Food

It's absolutely crazy the amount of food you can eat when you get back from swimming, but it's all healthy because it means you have burnt some stuff and you body needs fooood..... nothing beats swimming when it comes to being hungry eh eh!

do you get the same feeling when getting back home? then i end up with a pile of food near the comp.. is crazy LOL

Eat slowly to lower your food intake. The faster you eat, the more you can cram in before your body says its full.

Or just float around in the pool with a beer like I do.

i do, but you can't be working all the time, exercise is good and makes your body feel better in the long run.....;-) i miss so much my old kickboxing class....
