Sponsors who can't respond...

Ok, so I went and signed up with a new sponsor. One I really wanted to promote and was excited to work with. I signed up on Sept 19th ready to go. My blog was in order, I had pre-written posts and just needed some content and my links.

I still can't get into the affiliate area of the site and I can't get any one to respond to my emails or ICQ messages. I'm really starting to feel like since I'm small potatoes I just don't warrant a simple email or ICQ response.

What do you do when a sponsor wont respond? I guess just give up and find a new sponsor to promote...

Am I getting cranky to quickly here?

How have you tried to contact them? Most programs have several different ways you can get in touch be it instant message, email direct to your choice of staff, and other ways.

Could be your request inadvertently went to a spam box?

The only thing I've not tried yet is a phone call. I've sent emails and ICQ's already. I suppose that my email could have ended up in a spam folder but it was sent in response to a confirmation email I got from the affiliate manager.
That's why I was wondering if I was over reacting to soon...
