I'm selling my site jeune18.com. (Jeune = Young in french. )

I've 2 tours for it + a Young-18.com logo (if you need it) + the banners-fpa-hpa
Why i sell the site? Because i've no time to play with it.
I've no members at all. At you can see, i don't have time to promote it.

I expected his reply above.

Many times site owners don't know the fornula that goes into selling a site. They become emotionally attatched and add in the time they put into the site.

A site is wort it's income, that site having no members doesn't have any income or future revenue.

It seems to have Matrix/Lace content , while content looks good, it's been around a while and I own everything these guys have ever shot anyway.

What's left is the design and I added some on for the fact that their are 2 tours and one is in french.

I'm sure in a few weeks my offer will seem very good to him.
but then he wont sell to me out of pricipal because of this post.
