Program that pays for free sign ups

Can anyone help me to find adult programs for which I'll be paid for free membership or for programs which pay for clicks through my affiliate link.

I presently deal with Friendfinder.com programs. They pay for pay per click and for free memberships/joining from my link.

I want to know other webmasters who are offering such programs - and of course, who pay the commissions promptly.

There are a lot of experienced guys here. I hope that many of them will turn out with such programs.
