Man, that's a tough one. As a SHOW, I loved Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry. But as a single character.....
Foghorn Leghorn is always funny to me, especially the Chickenhawk episodes

I would have to say Bugs Bunny (especially toons with him and Yosemite Sam). Those cartoons still make me literally laugh out loud.
