Our entire office is wireless, including desktops (Dell has a very easy to use USB wireless adaptor) and Laptop Mac and PC's. We have about 5-6 computers on it typically at one time and very Rarely have any trouble.
In fact, we are so hooked we are installing a wireless network in a local pub we love so that we can go have lunch there and still work!
