I just don't get it. Why would you act like a complete asshole on a board? What is the point? Why would anyone just go off accusing people of shit without finding out the whole truth or just dealing with it in private??

I am having somewhat of a crisis here. Someone attacked one of our programs on another board. I would looooove to go over there and rip him a new asshole, but that wouldnt look good. So, I have to politely find out why this guy is badmouthing us and then do what i can to fix it (although its prolly something they did in the first place).

You know what I say to that..."Consider the source"! It always seems to be the same Twits! I don't think you need any damage control, it's pretty unprofessional to bash a program on a board. I think people see that.
