I want to exercise regularly and not gain more than I'm supposed to gain. When I was pregnant with my other kids I gained fifty pounds each, but this time, because I am much older and fatter now than I was back then, I am only supposed to gain fifteen. And not per month, either. They mean to only gain fifteen pounds the whole time. This is pure crazy talk, of course, but I'm going to at least give it a try.
