I personally would love to get mine done but would not go much bigger than what I am now. I have a real small frame and am very thin, I would look stupid with big tits. I am more interested in them being in pre-baby position than huge. Higher and fuller is what I want. Its something I will def be doing in the far future. I want them to look as natural as possible (with some natural hang) and I am sure the doctor I would end up with would be mucho expensive.

The first surgeon I went to was really nice and had almost 20yrs experience, but he said the only way he could do them was to cut under the breast and I was not cool with that for i don't want nasty scars that you can't cover up. I am going to check out this new guy as he does armpit and naval....he is $7000.00
