Where weed comes from
Apparently from your own neighbourhood!
If anyone thinks that the show "Weeds" is mostly fiction, they should think again. Just on the crescent right behind our street, a grow-op was busted this summer and after speaking to my friend who is an agent the other day, it has become quite common in the past couple of years in the west island suburbs of Montreal. I knew these kinds of things existed of course, but to this extent? I had no idea.
Makes you wonder where your weed comes from!  |

This is so true as I used to smoke a lot, but I don't smoke anything anymore...I had about 5 people in the complex I used to live that were huge but just like the show it was hard to obtain it from them unless you were in their circle....
Weeds is an awesome show too...

I viewed a house two doors down from that one yesterday and the agent and I briefly chatted about it (and other grow ops in the area). So this is another house, but not another grow op!

this is an actual chopper taking away a shitload of weed - do we really need to create such a fuss? let them grow it, I still today havent heard of ONE .. not one single case of someone smoking up and creating a crime outside of a prank phone call about "is Mr Wall there?"

They have been busting up rings left and right around here the last few months. It's made things difficult for those people who enjoy a bit of herbal in the evenings I'm sure.
I have to agree with Legacy on this one. What's the big deal? The only thing that should fear a pot smoker is a bag of Doritos or chocolate cupcakes.
