Her intentions may have sounded ambiguous to you Paul, but I can assure you that she has ICQ'd me several..... repeat several times over the past 6 months, to tell me about this situation. Why? Simple really... because I have known her for a long time stemming back to a few years ago on the porncity bbs. She told me the situation, and I offered to help. That is when I approached you back in November of last year. Then I waited for over 2 months, whereupon she again got back to me, so I brought it up publicly on her behalf..... with her full knowledge and support. She doesn't have the sort of board persona that you or I have, and has never been comfortable raising a fuss ever. She needed help, and I offered. Period.
It isnt' personal Paul. Once you make this go away by doing right by her, I am done with it and will never bring it up again.
But I know you have had work. I know many people in the biz too, people who have told me openly that they have hired you for certain things. You have made money, yet Ricki Lee hasn't heard from you regarding this issue. The least you could do is stay in contact with her and reesure her that you are on it. Staying out of touch is the WORST thing you can do in this type of situation.
