That's fucked up!!!!
He had to have been in a "blackout" while driving....totally messed up, gone and wasn't even aware of himself, let alone his friend in the seat next to him!
I could see that his friend must have have his head out his window cause he was too fucked up...or maybe going to puke.
Then, they hit....and the driver had two little x's for eyes, so he didn't even know.
Can't EVEN imagine what he's got to be feeling about it now though.

They must really have been drunk!
But didn't a similar thing happen a couple years ago where a woman hit a homeless guy with her windshield in an accident, drove home, parked her car in the garage and went to bed? The homeless guy lingered on for hours before dying of blood loss.

As fucked up as all this is, the local police here are saying this was not a drunk driving accentident, that is was a murder, and attemped cover up.
Totally Fucked up!

That incident was showcased on one of the L&O Series. I remember it well, but they threw in another twist beyond the secretary who had hit the guy.
I cannot imagine driving so intoxicated that I would not notice my friend hangin out the window and losing his head!
