rain rain go away
Never thought I would say it, but I am, I really dont want my last mare foaling outside in the pouring rain.
The weekend was a total loss we were supposed to go watch a buddy race his nitro harley on the weekend, weather would only let them run their qualifying runs on saturday, sunday it just wouldnt stop raining long enough for them to dry the track and prepare it.
this is the bike i was going to go watch, Welch racing team

My daughter calls those things the ultimate crotch rockets and she couldnt more right. This particular bike beat the record in seattle last year. Its gonna be an interesting year to see if he can pull it off again.

Assuming a constant acceleration, which it is not, that's 0.74 g's.
I.e. the driver has to pull horizontally on his handlebar with a factor of 0.74 times his complete weight. Considering that the torque curve varies, there must be a peak G that is much higher.
Of course, the seat helps too. But it muste be a good kick in the butt.
Practice lots of chin-ups before attempting a drive...
